Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

Record a video while unboxing your order. This helps us process your return claim.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

If the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a faulty product, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost. Here’s how the exchange process works:

Return the item in its original condition within 7 days.

After inspecting the returned item, we’ll send the correct product to you within 4-5 business days.
Refunds
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in original condition. Please note that a 20% service charge will be deducted from your refund to cover delivery, handling, and packaging costs.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. Refunds are generally processed within a few business days.
